Our Agency
On Point Staffing, LLC is owned and operated by two registered nurses who are experienced hospice nurses possessing a passion for hospice and dedicated to a spirit of professionalism, compassion and excellence in providing nursing care services.
Their experiences are diverse and varied, ranging from backgrounds of intensive care services, many years of hospice and palliative care nursing; pastoral ministry and hospice chaplaincy experience as well as certification in case management.
Collectively, they have over 40 years of committed and dedicated nursing service. They believe in mutual success that is beneficial to their professional clients, employees and patients.

As a contracted provider, we can partner with your hospice agency to supplement your nurse staffing needs with experienced, dedicated and skilled hospice nurses. We can collaborate with you to assist in the continuation of providing your patients with quality and compassionate nursing care on an as needed basis.

Provide effective communication with your agency staff and all disciplines involved regarding a change in patient’s status

Provide assistance and nursing care according to the patient’s individualized plan of care

Support the patient, family and caregiver emotionally through periods of crisis

Keep appropriate documentation to support the services as reasonable and necessary and in compliance with the patient’s plan of care to meet a particular crisis situation
